Happy Birthday, Carly the Cutie!

Hey! That is me! I'm Carly and today is my birthday. I am 1 year old today.
I love my family so much. They love me and give me praise all the time. I have lived with them for ten months and every moment has been so precious.
My family has actively kept me engaged in training; agility and play groups.
I am a super well loved beagle girl! I get snuggles and hugs, love and praise, and go on walks and have a warm and comfy house to play in. I only go outside with my family and am never left outside alone.
Meeting people and other dogs makes me happy and my tail wags. My family says I have the most beautiful face of all the beagles we know. And, we are blessed to know a lot of beagles!
My mommy, daddy and sissy adore me so much! They gave me a wonderful home where I am loved and cared for. I have cats and a younger beagle brother. I am a happy beagle girl.

I've got a brother!

I didn't even know what a brother was when my parents told me I might be getting one.
And then Saturday evening I found out. It is little, and loud and looks like me only smaller!

That is right. It is a Beagle brother! His name was Pierce and he is actually really honestly my brother. He was born on July 30, 2012 in Missouri at Pine Forest Kennels. His parents are Prissy and Teddy. My parents are Pebbles and Teddy.

My parents and Sissy weren't planning on getting me a brother; it just happened. I'll have to tell you the whole story later; it is a bit of a drama and a whole lot of God's blessings!

Pierce arrived on Saturday night. He is pretty cute; a little on the under fed side and very loud. But I like him. he is cute. We weren't super fond of his name because it doesn't really let you see his personality. After trying about 400 names and asking our friends and family for suggestions; my mom's friend Deb Main suggested Cannon. It fits. He is loud and rambunctious.

I will have Mom upload pictures of him and us together this week; but I couldn't wait to tell you that I have a brother and his name is Cannon!
